Whole wheat fritters is served as breakfast n quick snacks in North India. Its original name is Noonbari which is served with lemon pickle n green chutney. It is very simple n quick recipe to serve specially in rainy season . It required very few ingredients including whole wheat flour and ajwayan, salt thats it… 🙂

Ingredients–
- Whole wheat flour- 1 cup
- Ajwayan – 1 tsp
- Green chilli- 1
- Coriander leaves
- Salt as per taste
METHOD–
1.First of all take whole wheat flour in a bowl and add ajwayan ,salt, and coriander leaves and make the smooth batter with water.
2. Now heat the oil and put some small fritters and fry them till it becomes brown and put on tissue paper to soak the extra oil.
3. Serve it hot with lemon pickle and chutney.
