Tava  Bread Roll

Tava Bread Roll is one of the best recipe for kid’s tiffin. This is the little bit different version of fried bread roll which is less oily and we can make it little bit more healthier by replacing white bread with brown bread.

In this you can choose the filling according to your taste bud… 🙂 . You can stuff with potato , paneer or spinach corn … that is completely up to you.

Serves– 3 to 4 person

Ingredients

  1. Brown bread
  2. Boiled potato
  3. Ginger
  4. Green chilli
  5. Amchur powder
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Salt
  8. Green chutney

METHOD

1.Take bread slices and trim it from its edges.

2. Now roll it with roller pin.

3. Keep all rolled bread slices aside and prepare potato stuff. Take boiled potato and add ginger ,green chilli ,coriander leaves and amchur powder and salt and mix it well.

4. Now spread the butter over the bread and keep the potato stuff and roll it.

5. Put the tava on flame and roast it on slow flame by applying desi ghee till it becomes golden brown.

6. Now serve it with green chutney and sauce.
