Kanchipuram idli-
Kanchipuram idli is very famous south Indian dish which is very easy and tasty. We always eat plain idli or some time we make fried idli but this time we will make something different version of idli , I am sure my all friends are going to love it .
So lets start making Kanchipuram idli step by step…. 🙂

Ingredients-
- Idli batter- 1 bowl
- Curd- 3 tbsp.
- Green chilli- 1
- Ginger
- Cashew nut- 4 to 5
- Turmeric powder- 1 pinch
- Salt as per taste
- Desi ghee – 1 tsp
METHOD–
1.Take idli batter and add curd into it.
2.In the mean while put the pan onto the gas top ad pour some ghee and heat it.
3.Now chop cashew nut, ginger and green chilli and add into the ghee. When cashew nut starts giving brown color then add turmeric powder …as the rawness of turmeric flew let the flame off.
4. Now add this into the idli batter and mix it well.
5. Pour the batter in the mould and steam it like plain idli.
6. When it becomes steamed let it be cool for some time then take it out and serve it with your desired chutney like green chutney or coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
