It is a  traditional recipe of rajasthan. It is just a energy booster for kids and enrich with ghee and jaggery. Traditionally it is served with dal batti in rajasthan. Basically it is made up of whole wheat flour baati. It is high in calorie and can be store for one or two days. If you are sweet lover then definitely  this is going to loved by you…!!! 🙂

Serves– 2 person

Cooking difficulty– easy

Ingredients

  1. Batti- 3
  2. Jaggery- 100 gm
  3. Desi ghee- 3 to 4 tbsp.
  4. Finely chopped almonds- 2 or 3
  5. Rasins
METHOD-
1.Knead the normal chapatti dough and make the small balls of it .

2.Now cook it in oven or stove tandoor.

3.Make the small pieces and grind it finely and then add ghee jaggery and almonds which give it nutty kick, mix all things.

4.Give the shape of ladoo and garnish with chandi ka vark and some almonds.
